POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Salesforce Developer with the ability to design, develop, support and improve the internal Salesforce ecosystem. We are looking for an energetic, process and detail oriented Salesforce.com Developer who can
manage the platform but not limited to object customization, Reports & Dashboards, user setup, roles, object customizations, record types, page layouts, email templates, validations and process builder.
This role will also assist in internal training, process improvements and document creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Participate in solution design, development, testing and deployment on Force.com platform.
● Build custom solutions on the platform using Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Web Services and API.
● Develop integration processes using third-party integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
● Flexible with changing priorities and developing independently with minimal supervision
● Experience or knowledge in Salesforce Lightning & Lightning WebApp.
● Ability to manage workloads and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis while still maintaining accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
● Provide Salesforce technical assistance to end users.
● Hands-on experience with all Salesforce admin tasks.
● Feature/functionality testing and maintenance of AppExchange application.
● Provide feedback/changes in development and application maintenance.
SKILLS
● Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Salesforce Developer.
● Able to work independently and as a member of the technology team.
● Ability to work on multiple projects and also in shifting priorities
● Work with the onshore dev team in handling development requirements and tracking the tasks to deliver on time.
● Experience in lightning, building lightning components, Visualforce page, Apex class, Trigger.
● Debugging and resolving issues with existing code.
● Ability to quickly connect business requirements with functional capabilities of the application.
