Position Title : QA Engineer
About the role
Our client is on the search for a QA Engineer that will join our R&D team and take a part in developing our life-saving Real-Time communication platform that supports national emergency services all over the world (911). As a QA Engineer, you will be testing various platforms such as Mobile (iOS and Android), Command & Control systems, Real-time communication network protocols, and various Web & desktop applications.
Skills Required
3-5 years of experience in manual testing.
Knowledge of STP, STD, and STR documents.
Deep knowledge of QA methodologies
Client-Server testing experience
Experience with debugging tools.
Proficient working with bug tracking applications (Jira preferred)
Curiosity and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent team player.
Willing to work under pressure and overtime hours when needed.
Bonus points for:
Knowledge of mobile paradigms and technologies, iOS and Android
BA/BS/ BSc degree
White Box testing experience
Deep knowledge of network protocols
Work Location: Remote
