Candidate Profile
Looking for a Senior candidate for formulation, design development, application of Metal Working fluid, Lubricants & Grease Additive packages & components, person should be able to formulate right product chemistry having very good understanding of final application & accordingly design & develop products, also should have good knack of trouble shooting problems at customer end whenever required.
Role & Responsibility
Research & Development, Application Development, creating appropriate Application Lab, Team building, Training sales force, work towards continuous improvement, work towards future technology, creating data for products, giving solution to customer problems, troubleshooting capabilities at customer end.
Qualification
Min Bsc. / Msc. Chemistry or above
Experience
Min 10-12 years in similar filed.
