Position Description
Require a SAP CRM Functional resource with around 4 to 8 years experience, to carry out the following responsibilities
. Provide solution delivery and production support for SAP CRM Mktg
and Sales business application
. Design solutions in SAP CRM including marketing and service campaigns
. Create user stories and tasks in Rally tool
. Adhere to Incident Management process for providing production support
. Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues
. Create and validate production support related documentations
. Responsible for technical co- ordination with technical team
. Effectively communicate with customer, completes action items on a timely basis and escalate to relevant stakeholders, wherever required
. Responsible for meeting production support targets
. Adhere to appropriate security and control processes
. Perform initial analysis for application enhancements
. Effectively communicates with the customer on a day to day basis, resolves action items and escalate issues to the relevant stake holders on need basis
Skills Required
SAP CRM Functional expertise . Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery. Highly self- motivated and independent requiring minimal supervision
Experience Required
4 to 9 years Strong knowledge and experience in SAP CRM Functional expertise

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days / 1 Month only ( Buy out option is available by the Employer /Client)

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
